How is it ensured that activity posts on the service are up to date?

When you search for integration-supporting activities, the search results only show posts where the activity end date and the registration deadline are in the future.
All activity posts expire no later than 180 days, or approximately six months, after their publication date. Posts expire regardless of the end date set by the organizer.
The system sends an email reminder to the organizer one month before the post expires. To keep the post visible, the orgaziser must extend its validity. Otherwise, the post will be automatically removed from the service.
Activity organizers publish posts on the fintegrate.fi service and are responsible for ensuring that the information in the posts is accurate and up to date.
